How do I view and manage my subscription?
Your subscription can be managed from your billing portal.
Can I cancel at any time?
- Monthly membership subscriptions are non-refundable for the subscription period they are
purchased for. You will retain access until the end of your current billing cycle
without being charged for subsequent cycles.
- Annual subscriptions are non-refundable for the subscription period they are
purchased for. You will retain access until the end of your current billing cycle
without being charged for subsequent cycles.
Please note the business licences are non-refundable.
Can I get an invoice or VAT receipt for my subscription?
Currently, we only provide invoices for our business users. Premium users, unfortunately, do
not have access to this feature.
